About us:
Baker Aviation, an ARGUS Platinum and ISBAO certified Airplane Charter/Management company that specializes in high end private aircraft travel, is seeking a knowledgeable accountant to join our team. Essential Functions:
Work with Controller on key financial projects
Assist in implementation of new finance/operations processes and systems
Monitor and verify all bills and invoices
Reconciliation of cash and check payments from customers
Maintain files to ensure that bills are filed in a timely manner
Enter invoices into systems and schedule for payment
Perform invoice and banking reconciliation
General Bookkeeping
Approve key expense statements/reimbursements for payment
Banking deposits
Participate in monthly close processes
General office admin tasks
Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
At least 2-5 Years Accounting Experience strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred
Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online is a must
Ability to work in a fast paced and growing environment
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Strong communication skills (verbal / written)
Benefits:
Pay Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year based on experience
