This Executive Assistant will be on a dynamic team providing high-level direct support to the Program Manager and Deputy PM. Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:
Analyzing processes and workflow’s, formulating process improvement recommendations, analyzing technical/programmatic information to ensure a smooth operation of the department, field location, or specific project.
Researches, assembles and analyzes facts; and presents oral and written documents of compiled data for senior leadership use in responding to actions which require his/her personal attention.
Tracking action items and ensure they are complete on time and meets leadership expectation.
Develops and implements office and organizational administrative policies and procedures. Assist in Business Development initiatives to include proposal development.
Maintain calendar and schedule of commitments and reminds senior leadership of obligations.
Individuals must have extensive knowledge in preparing, processing, and maintaining complex paperwork and forms.
Coordinates travel and prepares travel documentation to include expense reports.
Dependable in safeguarding business sensitive information, tracking and delivering time constraint and recurrent tasks using highly sensitive records, information and data received on a constant basis.
Spearhead reviewing administrative and technical documentation for format, editorial, and subject-matter accuracy and clarity.
Advises managers and staff on proper company procedures and policies.
Attend meetings and prepare notes and/or meeting minutes.
Attention to details and punctuality is a must.
Capacity to learn and train employees on corporate business processes and workflow.

Qualifications
A Secret Clearance is required for consideration.
Seeking a team-oriented individual with outstanding customer service experience.
Individuals must possess strong analytical skills along with discretion in performing specified work requirements.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively, to build and sustain working relationships with a vast team of diverse professionals.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications to include MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently and with sufficient knowledge, present projects to senior management.
High School diploma with a minimum of 3 years related experience.
Previous experience providing administrative support to senior/executive level managers is a plus. Previous experience assisting in Business Development initiatives to include proposal efforts desired.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment accepting emergent tasking with little to no supervision and/or direction. Demonstrated knowledge in analysis of budget execution data.
Individuals must have a basic understanding of accountability and reporting of financial data so that all expenditures can be summarized, reported, and paid with no delays.
Experience supporting a Navy acquisition program office is preferred.
Experience in the Navy as a Sailor is a plus!
