The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the leadership required to lead a team of project managers, while working as a project manager for the private aircraft segment. Would like for this candidate to have experience and be comfortable with internal sales, in lieu of open territories. No rush to hire. Looking for the right fit.
Responsibilities
Communicates with private aircraft customers on a daily basis about information, project quotes, design concierge meetings, renderings, strike-offs, project order entry, shipment, installation, and satisfaction
Holds Microsoft Teams meetings with outside PM’s on a consistent basis so that everyone is in the loop
Works to get PM’s outside of the office the information, photos, and sampling that is necessary for them to be successful
Makes sure that all PMs are cross trained to ensure consistent performance
Interprets a dash board to oversee data concerning incoming calls, tracking performance with set goals
Verifies that HubSpot’s sales pipeline is updated and correct, and that consistent account clean-up is maintained by each PM
Enters and maintains salespeople/customer sampling
Qualifications
Some Undergraduate
5+ Years in Floorcovering
3+ Years in Project Management
